This Privacy Policy explains how Peplabs LLC ("we," "us," "BoreDash") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the BoreDash website at https://boredash.com and the BoreDash Android application published as com.boredefi.boredash on Google Play (together, the "Service").

What BoreDash is

BoreDash is a public crypto market tracker. We show market prices, rankings, and related news. BoreDash is not a wallet. We do not hold crypto, ask for seed phrases, or give financial advice. Nothing on the Service is an offer to buy or sell any asset.

Information we collect

Public market data. Price charts, market caps, rankings, and coin details come from CoinGecko and similar public sources. News headlines come from public news feeds. That content is not your personal data.

On-device data. You can keep a watchlist, local portfolio, and price alerts on your device without creating an account. That data can stay on the device and is not sent to us unless you sign in and choose to sync.

Optional account (Clerk). Sign in is optional. We use Clerk for authentication on the website and the Android app. You may sign in with email or Google. The same Clerk account is shared between boredash.com and the app. When you are signed in we may store your account email and sync portfolio holdings you choose to save to your account.

Bored AI chat. If you use Bored AI, the messages you send are submitted to our /api/bored-ai endpoint. We send that conversation to the Vercel AI Gateway and the model providers behind it so a reply can be generated. Chat text is processed for that purpose. Do not send secrets, seed phrases, or information you do not want processed.

Technical logs. Our hosts (including Vercel) may record standard request logs such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps to operate and secure the Service.

How we use information

• Show public market data and news on the site and in the app.
• Authenticate optional accounts and sync portfolio data you save while signed in.
• Generate Bored AI replies from the messages you send.
• Keep the Service running, debug issues, and prevent abuse.

How we share information

We do not sell personal data. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs in BoreDash.

We share information with service providers that help us operate the Service: Clerk (sign-in), CoinGecko and news-feed publishers (public content), Vercel (hosting and the AI Gateway), and the model providers used to generate Bored AI replies. Those providers process data only as needed to provide their services.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service and our users.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for wallet seed phrases, private keys, recovery phrases, or payment-card numbers. BoreDash cannot send or receive crypto on your behalf.

Children

BoreDash is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, email boredefi@gmail.com and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can use most of the Service without signing in. You can delete local watchlist, portfolio, and alert data from the device. If you have an account, email boredefi@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of account data we hold.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top is the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
